The process is the same across every project. What changes is the content of each phase.
A structured process does not mean rigidity. It means we know in advance what needs to happen at each stage, which makes projects more predictable and less costly in revisions.
Brief & Discovery
We start with the right questions. Who is this for, what does it need to do, and what does success look like six months after launch? We audit what exists, study the market, and agree on exactly what we are building.
Concept Design
Moodboards, visual directions, and the first round of actual designs. We produce two to three distinct directions and you choose the one that feels right. No guessing at this stage.
Iterate & Refine
We refine the chosen direction through structured feedback rounds. Two revision rounds are included. Every comment is addressed in writing so nothing gets lost between calls.
Deliver & Launch
Files, documentation, CMS handover, and developer briefing where needed. We do not disappear after delivery. Every project includes post-launch support.
