Terms of Service
1. Service description
sweepdesigns provides web design and digital services delivered digitally, including custom websites, UI design, brand identity, e-commerce design, website redesign and motion design.
2. Ordering and payment
Services are purchased through our website. Payment is processed by Stripe. Orders are confirmed upon successful payment.
3. Delivery
All services are delivered digitally within the timelines stated at purchase. Timelines begin once required access and materials are received from the client. See Delivery Policy for details.
4. Client responsibilities
Clients must provide required materials, feedback, and access within agreed timelines. Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines.
5. Intellectual property
All deliverables become the property of the client upon full payment. We retain the right to reference the work in portfolio materials unless otherwise agreed.
6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain.
