Motion & Interaction Design
Animation and micro-interactions that make the experience memorable
How this works
We approach motion design as a functional discipline rather than a visual one. Every animation we design has a purpose: communicating a transition, confirming an action, guiding the user to what changed, or reinforcing the brand personality. Animation that does not serve a function makes the product feel slower and less professional, not more. Our motion work is specified in a way that developers can implement precisely. We produce both the design files and the written specifications covering timing functions, durations, and trigger conditions. We test the motion with real users where possible before finalising the spec. Micro-interactions receive the same attention as larger transitions. The behaviour of a button on hover, the way a form validates, the animation when a card is added to a cart: these small moments add up to a product that feels considered and responsive. We work with CSS animations, Lottie, and web-native animation libraries depending on what the implementation constraints require.
