Refund Policy
Effective: January 2025
When refunds apply
Refunds are available when you cancel within 48 hours of purchase and no work has begun, when we are unable to deliver the service, or when a billing error resulted in a duplicate charge.
When refunds do not apply
Once substantive work has begun, refunds are not available. Projects typically enter the working phase within 3 to 5 business days. Refunds do not apply when results do not meet expectations not specified in the project scope.
Partial refunds
If a project is cancelled after work has begun, we may offer a partial refund proportional to work not yet delivered.
